The First Meeting
Firstly you’ll meet with your professional wedding planner and explore all the services and options that Ballyness can offer you. Then we’ll discuss and share in depth everything you envision for your wedding day. From decor to dining options and everything in between. We understand the importance of detail.
Getting To Work
Once we’ve established the plan, it’s time to get to work! Your planner will be on hand to assist you at every point, to guide and advise you along the way. Your planner will utilize a wealth of industry experience to connect you with the best vendors for your style of wedding, when it comes to photography, flowers, decor, dining, travel, we’re here to assist.
Your Unique Event File
Throughout the planning journey we’ll create a unique event file designed specifically for you, it will contain all the details our team and outside providers will need to know leading towards and on the big day itself, This approach ensures that everything runs smoothly and creates the perfect day!
Your Personal Host
You will be assigned your own personal wedding host to oversee everything on your wedding day! They will provide formal master of ceremony duties, direct your guests confidently and seamlessly throughout the day, and manage all aspects of the wedding on your behalf. It’s important to establish a rapport with your wedding host as that sense of familiarity and warmth will become apparent to your guests. We’ll arrange several on-site planning meetings so that you can meet key members of your team. This aspect of planning can also be facilitated via video link if you live abroad or your schedule is packed.
